Claudio De Nadai

Founder
honed his managerial skills through ongoing career training in the key areas of corporate strategy. After a brilliant career of over a decade in the food and agriculture industry, where he developed his talents working hands-on in all the main areas of financial and strategic analysis, Claudio decided to found BModel in order to focus on advisory services in the fields of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. He also serves as Managing Director, advisory board member, or senior financial advisor for some of the most exciting small and mid-cap enterprises in the Treviso area. He has been a member of the executive board of Assindustria VenetoCentro since 2016.

Francesco Da Riva

Advisory Board Member
With a degree in Political Science and Economics, Francesco went on to complete post-graduate studies in Management, Accounting & Control (Mimac 1) at Bocconi University’s School of Management, where he honed his skills in planning and management control. He recently completed an Executive MBA (EMBA 16) at CUOA Business School. As a Senior Consultant at BModel for more than 10 years, Francesco is currently the Head of Sales at one of the area’s most dynamic companies, which was recently listed on the Milan Stock Exchange.

Thanai Bernardini

Advisory Board Member
With a degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Turin, Thanai is a freelance journalist and expert in public relations and corporate communications. Thanai runs his own communications firm and previously worked for BasicNet (Robe di Kappa, Superga and Kway), Geox, Diadora, and Brembo, where he filled roles of increasing responsibility before eventually becoming Communications Director. In 2009, he received the Ischia International Award for Journalism for Corporate Communicator of the Year.

Alberto Morellato

Advisory Board Member
With a degree in Administration, Finance and Control from the University of Venice Ca’ Foscari, Alberto began his career in Milan as a junior consultant for a number of long-standing financial advisory firms. He completed post-graduate studies in Financial Modelling at 24Ore Business School. Alberto joined the BModel team in 2019, and he primarily focuses on management accounting and business valuations and is also involved in corporate transactions. He is currently engaged in an international experience in the field of Corporate Finance at a prestigious company specialized in the sale and distribution of Italian foodstuffs.

Laura Ferraro

Partner
With a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Venice Ca’ Foscari, and following a number of prestigious internships with local businesses, Laura has developed specific talents in the areas of finance and corporate management. Specialised in web surveys to support strategic analysis, Laura also focuses on financial analysis and strategic benchmarking and is involved in business valuations and due diligence in relation to corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, public listings).

Luca Marchetti

Associate
With a degree in Economics and Finance from the University Ca’ Foscari of Venice and following some prestigious internships in Italian and international companies, in the Private Equity and Accounting & Finance industries, Luca began his professional career in the Corporate Investment Banking area of Finanziaria Intrernazionale.

Luca joined the Bmodel team in 2022, mainly dealing with Management Accounting and Strategic Benchmarking, also taking part in corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, public listings).

Matteo Precoma

Business Partner
With a degree in Administration, Finance and Auditing at Ca' Foscari University of Venice, Matteo is a member of the Certified Public Accountants and Expert Accountants Association in Treviso and of the Legal Auditors Register.
Matteo has developed strong skills in Corporate Finance, Financial Advice in M&A and Audit operations, working first in leading auditing firms (EY and PwC) from 2014 to 2020 and then in CONSIMP, one of the leading associated professional firms in Treviso, from 2020 to 2023 integrating the professional activity with a Master Degree in M&A at SAF Triveneto - School of Advanced Training of Accountants.
In BModel he mainly holds the role of Financial Advisor overseeing all phases of the M&A process, CFO and Financial Controller, even in post-acquisition contexts. He also deals with company Valuations, Budgeting and Business Planning.

Leonardo Uliana

Business Partner
With a degree in Administration, Finance and Control from the University of Venice Ca’ Foscari, Leonardo began his career in PwC and then moved to a Professional Firm of primary standing. He is a Certified Public Accountant registered in Treviso.
After the completion of post-graduate studies in “Financial Modelling” and in “M&A – Deals structuring”, He joined the BModel Team, with specific focus on Management Accounting, Business Valuations, and He is also involved in Corporate Deals.
