Founders
Claudio De Nadai
Honed his managerial skills through ongoing career training in the key areas of corporate strategy. After a brilliant career of over a decade in the food and agriculture industry, where he developed his talents working hands-on in all the main areas of financial and strategic analysis, Claudio decided to found BModel in order to focus on advisory services in the fields of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. He also serves as Managing Director, advisory board member, or senior financial advisor for some of the most exciting small and mid-cap enterprises in the Treviso area. He has been a member of the executive board of Assindustria VenetoCentro since 2016.
Founders
Matteo Precoma
With a degree in Administration, Finance and Auditing at Ca' Foscari University of Venice, Matteo is a member of the Certified Public Accountants and Expert Accountants Association in Treviso and of the Legal Auditors Register.
Matteo has developed strong skills in Corporate Finance, Financial Advice in M&A and Audit operations, working first in leading auditing firms (EY and PwC) from 2014 to 2020 and then in CONSIMP, one of the leading associated professional firms in Treviso, from 2020 to 2023 integrating the professional activity with a Master's Degree in M&A at SAF Triveneto - School of Advanced Training of Accountants.
In BModel he mainly holds the role of Financial Advisor overseeing all phases of the M&A process, CFO and Financial Controller, included in post-acquisition contexts. He also deals with company Valuations, Budgeting and Business Planning.
Matteo Dalla Pola
Business Partner
Graduated in Accounting and Finance from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, Matteo is a member of the Treviso Association of Chartered Accountants and of the Italian Register of Statutory Auditors. He has developed solid expertise in audit, tax and fiscal advisory, business planning, and strategic corporate consulting.
He has held temporary CFO positions in internationally oriented companies, gaining an integrated perspective on financial and economic processes.
From 2016 to 2020, he worked at PwC, one of the world’s leading audit firms, and then continued his professional career first at one of the top professional firms in Treviso and later at a startup focused on strategic business consulting.
He currently also serves as Statutory Auditor and Legal Auditor in various industrial and service companies.
Leonardo Uliana
Business Partner
With a degree in Administration, Finance and Control from the University of Venice Ca’ Foscari, Leonardo
began his career in PwC and then moved to a Professional Firm of primary standing. He is a Certified Public
Accountant registered in Treviso.
After the completion of post-graduate studies in “Financial Modelling” and in “M&A – Deals structuring”, he
joined the BModel Team, with specific focus on Management Accounting, Business Valuations, and he is also
involved in Corporate Deals.
Thomas Vanin
Thomas earned a degree in Administration, Finance and Control – Administrative Consulting from the University of Venice Ca’ Foscari in 2019. He joined the BModel team in March 2026, after gaining extensive professional experience at a leading professional firm, where he worked from April 2018 to February 2026. During this period, he developed specific expertise in M&A as a Financial Advisor, with a particular focus on company and asset analysis and valuation, business planning processes, and the use of leading financial databases. From June 2022 to June 2023, he also worked as Key Account Manager and Business Developer at the Italian subsidiary of a multinational company.
Laura Ferraro
Partner
With a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Venice Ca’ Foscari, and following a number of prestigious internships with local businesses, Laura has developed specific talents in the areas of finance and corporate management. Specialised in web surveys to support strategic analysis, Laura also focuses on financial analysis and strategic benchmarking and is involved in business valuations and due diligence in relation to corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, public listings).
Giulia Bassi
Senior Associate
With a degree in Economics and Business Development (curriculum Entrepreneurship and Finance) from the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, following some internship experiences abroad, Giulia started her professional career in KPMG Advisory, in the Business Performance Services department. She continued her career from 2019 to 2024 in 21 Invest SGR, one of the most important Small Cap Private Equity players in Italy, developing competences in Corporate Finance and M&A.
Giulia joined the BModel team in September 2024 and she is mainly involved in Financial Analysis, Business planning and takes part in corporate finance transactions.
Anna Giulia Dal Zotto
Office Manager
With a solid technical background developed through her training, Anna Giulia is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of administrative services and facilitating corporate communication.
She manages office logistics, coordinates daily activities, and optimizes internal processes, ensuring a productive work environment aligned with the company's goals.
